This incident is still in progress.
We have not had much progress with our third-party billing partner, so we are looking into alternate self-service methods that allow our customers to update their payment methods.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue where subscribers cannot update the payment method for their Tap Inspect subscription.
This does not affect active subscriptions with current payment methods or new subscriptions entering payment method information for the first time.
We have contacted our billing partner for assistance and will update as we learn more.
